SFP+ Transceivers

Comparing with other 10G modules such as XFP, X2 and Xenpak, SFP+ transceiver is the smallest 10G form factor. 10G SFP has been widely used for 10G Ethernet and other high speed transmissions with the rapid development of fiber optic technologies. SFP+ transceivers well reach the increasing demand for bandwidth under the new industrial standards. SFP plus modules support 10Gbase Ethernet and OTU2/OTU2e, Digital Diagnostic Monitor (DDM) function, and provide flexibility of interface choice. 6G SFP Transceiver
The 6G SFP Series is a part of the SFP transceiver family, which is fully compliant with IEEE802.3ae, SONET/SDH, Fiber Channel and SFP Multi Source Agreement specifications. 6G SFP+ Transceiver is form factor pluggable transceiver and it is for duplex optical data communications up to 40Km. It’s comply with SFP+ multi-source agreement (MSA:SFF-8431Rev4.1), also be comply with 10-Gigabit Ethernet 10GBASE-LR base IEEE 802.3ae and 10G Fiber Channel 1200-SM-LL-L. The Digital diagnostics functions and standard transceiver serial ID information are available via a 2-wire serial interface according SFP+ MSA.


 
8G SFP Optical Transceiver
8Gb/s SFP+ transceiver is designed for use in Fiber Channel links up to 8Gb/s data rate and reaches a link length of up to 80 kilometers. Digital Diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface. The 8G SFP transceiver is compliant with FCPI-4 Rev. 8.00, SFF-8472 Rev 10.2, SFF-8432 and applicable portions of SFF-8431 Rev. All the 8G SFP modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. Sopto offers 8G SFP 2km, SR transceivers, 8G SFP LR, 8G SFP ER and 8G SFP ZR transceivers with operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C.



 
10G SFP Fiber Optic Transceiver
10G LRM SFP could transmit 220m on standard Fiber Distributed Data Interface grade multimode fiber. SFP 10G SR Module supports a link length, up to 300m link lengths. 10G SFP LR Module supports 10 kilometers transmitting distance on standard single-mode fiber. 10G SFP transceiver ER reaches a link length of up to 40 kilometers and SFP+ ZR module could achieve about 80 kilometers. Besides, Sopto offers 10G SFP with extended operating temperature range. Regarding to the 10GE SFP applications, OM1, OM2, OM3 and OM4 patch cord all could be required.


 
WDM SFP+ Fiber Optic Module
WDM SFP+ module is a cost effective SFP+ solution. BiDi SFP+ transceiver enables higher port densities and greater bandwidth, and transmits and receives optical data over single fiber for link length of 10km, 20km, 40km, 60km and 80km. Sopto WDM SFP+ transceivers support multi rate of 1.06255G, 2.125G, 4.25G, 8.5G, 9.953Gb/s, 10.3125Gb/s fiber channel, and 1000Base Ethernet and 10Gbps Ethernet or Sonet/SDH applications. Bi-directional SFP+ is designed to be compliant with SFF-8472 and SFP+ MSA, FC_PI_4REV7.0, SFP+ SFF-8431 and SFF-8432, RoHS etc.


 
CWDM SFP+ Transceiver Module
10G CWDM SFP+ transceiver is designed for 10GBASE-ER/EW, and 2G/4G/8G/10G Fiber-Channel applications. The CWDM transceiver enables higher port densities and greater bandwidth. The transmitter section incorporates 4-Wavelengths CWDM DFB transmitter from 1270nm to 1610nm. Also the receiver section consists of a PIN photodiode integrated with a TIA. Sopto provides variety of CWDM SFP+ transceivers which are completely Cisco CWDM transceiver compatible: 10G 10km CWDM SFP+, 10G 40km CWDM SFP+, 10G 80km CWDM SFP+ transceiver and etc.


 
DWDM SFP+ Optical Module
