SFP Module

The small form-factor pluggable SFP module is high performance, cost effective module, supporting dual data-rate of 155M, 622M, 1.25G, up to 4.25Gbps, and 550m, 2km, 10km, up to 120km transmission distance with MMF and SMF. Common wavelengths of SFP modules are 850nm (SX), 1310nm (LX), 1550nm (ZX) and CWDM/ DWDM. The SFP module consists of three sections: a VCSEL/FP/DFB laser transmitter, a PIN/APD photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All SFP transceivers satisfy class laser safety requirements.The SFP modules are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472, and are designed to support SONET/SDH, Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber Channel, Optical Supervisory Channel OSC SFP and other communications standards.

3G SFP Transceiver
Sopto 3G SFP transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting data-rate up to 3.072Gbps and up to 40km transmission distance. MMF or SMF are available according to its wavelength and distance.
The 3G SFP transceivers consist of three sections: a laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. They are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472. They are widely used in radio base station; OBSAI rates 3.072Gb/s, 1.536Gb/s, 0.768Gb/s; CPRI rates 3.072Gb/s, 2.4576Gb/s, 1.2288Gb/s, and 0.6144Gb/s applications.
4G SFP
The Cisco compatible 4.25G SFP transceivers usually consist of three sections: a DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. 4.25G SFP transceivers link up to 80km and work with 850nm MMF,1310nm and 1550nm SMF. The transceivers are suitable for the Small Form Factor Pluggable Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA) 1.They simultaneously comply with Fiber Channel per FC-PI-2 Rev. 10.0 and also Gigabit Ethernet as specified in IEEE Std 802.3. All 4.25G SFP transceivers satisfy class I laser safety requirements and support DDM function.
 
FE SFP

The Serial Gigabit Media Independent Interface (SGMII) is a cost effective transceiver with 125M, 1310nm, 2KM. The SGMII SFP is designed to satisfy two requirements as follow: Convey network data and slot speed between a 10/100/1000 SGMII PHY and an Ethernet MAC with expressively less signal pins than required for GMII. Operate in both half and full duplex and at all port speeds. Sopto GLC-GE-100FX SGMII SFP transceivers have high performance in the applications of switch to switch SGMII interface, router and server interface, switched backplane applications and other optical transmission systems, 100BASE-LX operation and such as 10km transmission with SMF. 
Video Transceiver
Sopto video transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules for duplex video transmission application over SMF or MMF. OC12 SFP
