Product description

SPT-PCXX8G-20D transceivers are designed for using in Fiber Channel links up to 8.5Gb/s data rate over multimode fiber and compliant to SFI electrical specifications.The transmitter input and receiver output impedance is 100 Ohms differential.Data lines are internally AC coupled.The module provides differential termination and reduce differential to common mode conversion for quality signal termination and low EMI.

Q: Should the 8.5Gbps CWDM SFP+ optical module work at the large voltage?

 

A: It is Ok to adopt 3.3 voltages for our 8.5Gbps CWDM SFP+ optical module to normally work. It is wasted to use more than 3.3 voltages and that will cause the damage.

 

Q: If I would like to make the 8.5Gbps CWDM SFP+ optical module work at the 85 degrees, is it available?

 

A: We don’t recommend you operating the optical module at the 85 degrees because our 8.5Gbps CWDM SFP+ optical module just can be worked at the 0 to 70 degrees.

 

Q: Whether am I afraid of that the quality of this optical module?
