Pin Descriptions:

 

[1] Module circuit ground is isolated from module chassis ground within the module.

 

[2].should be pulled up with 4.7k – 10k ohms on host board to a voltage between 3.15Vand 3.6V.

 

[3]Tx_Disable is an input contact with a 4.7 kΩ to 10 kΩ pullup to VccT inside the module.

 

[4]Mod_ABS is connected to VeeT or VeeR in the SFP+ module. The host may pull this contact up to Vcc_Host with a resistor in the range 4.7 kΩ to10 kΩ.Mod_ABS is asserted “High” when the SFP+ module is physically absent from a host slot.

 

[5] RS0 and RS1 are module inputs and are pulled low to VeeT with > 30 kΩ resistors in the module.

Q: We need a repeater as follows, can it support 100km?

A: Thanks for your email. According to your requirement, we suggest you to use our OEO converter. Please refer to the datasheet attached.

 

Regarding to the transmitting distance, it depends on the fiber module. If your CWDM SFP support the distance of 100km, then it will be ok to transmit 100km.

 

As your CWDM mux have 8 channels, it is good to have a management function, the standalone type do not have the management function, so we highly suggest you to use the card type for the management.

You can insert the card type OEO to our 2U chassis with a management card, and then central management can be realized.

 

 

Q: I would like to ask for the price and MOQ of this 1.25G Gigabit 850nm SFP Transceiver? Does SFP mean that we cannot use Polymer? Can you supply POF?

 

A: 1)Regarding to the SFP module, please find our quote as attachment. For the MOQ, we can start with a sample order. Any quantity is acceptable. Can you tell me how many pcs do you want? About your question, yes, for the SFP module, POF cannot be applied. But if you choose 1*9 fiber module, then you can use POF.

 

2)Regarding to the POF, we are not specialized in POF and have not planned to develop POF, which is not so popular in China. We are specialized in the normal fiber cable. If you have such demand, you can also contact us.
